Meridian Funded operates in a simulated trading environment. Participation in our evaluation programs does not constitute investment advice. Rewards are performance-based and paid at the sole discretion of Meridian Funded under the terms of the agreement.
1. Nature of Our Service
Meridian Funded, operated by Skye Marketing Experts based in Dubai, UAE, is a technology and educational services provider. We offer traders the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a simulated environment. We are not a broker, not an investment adviser, not an asset manager, and not a regulated financial institution.
No client deposits are ever placed on live markets. All trades on our platforms are executed against simulated quotes and do not generate corresponding orders on real exchanges. Any "profit" displayed on your Funded Account is a simulated figure used solely to calculate a performance-based bonus.
2. General Risk Warning
Trading financial instruments (forex, indices, commodities, crypto CFDs) is a high-risk activity and is not suitable for every investor. Even in a simulated environment, participation in our programs requires:
- Sufficient knowledge of the instruments and markets involved;
- A full understanding of leverage and margin mechanics;
- A personal risk management strategy;
- Emotional and financial resilience to absorb the cost of a failed Evaluation.
Past simulated performance — whether your own, that of other traders, or of our marketing materials — is not indicative of future results. No combination of strategy, system, or educational content can guarantee a positive outcome.
3. Evaluation Fees Are At Risk
When you purchase an Evaluation, you pay a fee in exchange for access to a simulated account and the opportunity to qualify for performance-based Rewards. If you fail the Evaluation (by breaching any of the rules published on the product page), you forfeit the fee. Refunds are only available under the limited conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
4. Rewards Are Discretionary
Rewards paid to successful Traders are not trading profits but performance-based bonuses paid from Meridian Funded's own revenues. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and as set out in our Terms of Service, to adjust, suspend, delay or withhold any Reward where we have reason to believe these Terms have been breached.
5. Jurisdictional Restrictions
Our Services are not directed at, and may not be offered to, residents of the United States of America, countries subject to comprehensive UN/EU/UK/US-OFAC/UAE sanctions (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk), or any other jurisdiction where the offer would be unlawful.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with the laws of your country of residence. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
6. Tax
Any Reward paid to you may be subject to taxation under the laws of your country of residence. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes. Meridian Funded does not provide tax advice and does not withhold tax on Rewards unless required by law.
7. No Investment Advice
Nothing published by Meridian Funded on our website, blog, social media, email newsletters, webinars, Discord or Telegram channels, or via our support team, constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, solicitation or inducement to trade any financial instrument. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
8. Responsibility
You are fully and exclusively responsible for all trading decisions you take on our simulated accounts. By using our Services, you accept and acknowledge the risks described in this disclaimer and in our Terms of Service.
